For our agency’s internal initiative, Seek Creative Distortion, I had designed a visual experience that would inspire and unite our team by breaking free from the daily grind. The goal was to encourage our creatives and associates to tap into their raw, unfiltered creativity and rediscover the joy of artistic expression.

I embraced an illustrative approach that celebrated the idea of distortion—of seeing things in a new, unconventional way. The visuals were intentionally abstract, with fragmented forms, bold colors, and distorted shapes that challenged the viewer to think differently. This mirrored the initiative’s aim: to push past the boundaries of corporate structure and reconnect with the core of creativity.

By breaking down traditional design norms and encouraging free-flowing, spontaneous art, I created a series of dynamic illustrations that reflected the freedom and energy of the project. The visuals were both vibrant and thought-provoking, inviting associates to let go of perfectionism and embrace experimentation. It wasn’t just about making art—it was about reigniting the spark that drives innovation.

Seek Creative Distortion became more than just an initiative; it was a movement within our agency that encouraged everyone to rediscover the joy of creativity, break through the constraints of routine, and see the world through a fresh, distorted lens. Through this project, we reconnected with what it means to truly innovate and inspire.
